Reviews for Cuisinox Elite 15 Inch x 12 Inch Open Roaster (Kitchen) This appears to be like and really feels like a good quality roaster. The dimensions given, on the other hand, are out of doors dimensions (lip side to lip side), now not inside, so the cooking space is smaller than I expected. The actually large downside for me is that the internal does no longer have a superbly flat bottom, however has a shallow "moat" across the perimeter, and I would suppose this might develop gravy and sauce making a bit more difficult. I in truth purchased this pan in Canada, and shall be returning it.
