Have used it only for broiling steak and the primary few times may scrub off the splatter, however after that, irrespective of how or what I scrubbed along it will not come off so I am left accompanying an unpleasant looking pan and for the cash spent, I didn't predict this, so my endorse is to purchase any other stock that resists burning on.
