The pan is no doubt heavy duty and might withstand the warmth of my cafeteria vary. I am no longer crazy in regards to the ridged bottom but all in every it can be a good pan.
Reviews for Camerons Products Multi Use Lasagna / Roaster Pan (Kitchen) I've been searching for a roaster/broiling pan. Heavy sufficient not to warp beneath high warmth. Not non-stick seeing that I want to deglaze the pan for sauces. DW safe - my husband puts everything in the DW or it does not collect washed! AND a conductive backside surface for even warmthing and apply on the range high all the approach through deglazing.
I seemed at the rather more dear All-Clad Roti BUT the handles have been at a set peak - too tall for close positioning subsequent to my broiler. The handles of the multi-pan fold down.
Even if it weren't on sale, it can be a fraction of the price of the All Clad, meets every of my desires and my family's lack of care . . .
